The Swiss government, through the “Health for All” project, is financing the reconstruction of a health center (Likmetaj, Ishmi) and a health post (Borizana) which were completely damaged by the earthquake of November 26, 2019. The investment of about 300,000 CHF is part of the Swiss support for Albania for the post-earthquake recovery. The beneficiaries of this service are over 12,000 inhabitants, which are served by 3 general doctors and 11 nurses.
The works are expected to be completed by the end of July 2021.
