Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
In this framework, HAP will contribute to improvement of capacities of selected Primary Health Care facilities in Durrës, Elbasan, Berat, Lezhë, Mirditë, Kurbin, Kukës, Shkodër, Malësi e Madhe, Tropojë and Tiranë by supplying them with equipment of physical examination.
HAP Centre invites submission of bids for equipment of physical examination to be used from Doctors and Nurses working in these health centres.

- The bidding Companies should include in their offers:1. Technical proposal, (in a separate envelope marked Technical Proposal) which should include:
• The summary sheet (signed and sealed) of the offered items, with technical specifications and respective code number for each item.
• The respective catalogue highlighting the offered item
• Quality certification of the item, issued by the product manufacturer, which should be attached to each item proposed
• Declaration of Conformity, which should be attached to each item proposed
• Authorization/Confirmation from the Manufacturer or Distributor Authorized by the manufacturer authorizing the applicant to sell the proposed products/ or Distributor Authorization Form
• Guaranty for the duration of maintenance period of the equipment
• Validity of the offer
• Delivery date or time in working days
2. Signed and stamped financial offer in ALL, VAT*= 0 (in a separate envelope, marked Financial Proposal)
3. Registration of the company (NIPT, QKB etc)
4. A Document certifying that (your subject):
a. has met its fiscal obligations, issued by the Tax Administration
b. has paid all social insurance obligations, issued by the Tax Administration.
c. certification by the Tax Administration which indicates the annual turnover for the last 3 years
Transportation of the equipment will be provided and covered by the supplier. The selected supplier will also deploy two or more technical persons for following up the demonstration of the equipment to the health care providers.
Offers should be signed and stamped and should have all the requested items. Partial offers should not be taken in consideration. The financial offer and technical offer should be in separate envelopes, and both inside one sealed envelope.
The application package must be delivered by the 8th of October 2025, 4pm, in sealed envelopes, (in hard copies and scanned in CD/USB) with clearly marked “Purchase of physical examination equipment” to the address below.
