The closing conference of the Health for All Project (HAP), originally scheduled for 28 October 2026 in Tirana, has been postponed until November, on a date yet to be confirmed.
The decision was taken by the project management team, in consultation with the Embassy of Switzerland, in light of the ongoing protests and the unstable situation in the country, following an assessment of the situation and in accordance with established security procedures.
The conference, entitled “Advancing Primary Health Care in Albania: 12 Years of Lessons and Perspectives for the Future,” aims to bring together representatives of health institutions, partners and health sector professionals to reflect on the achievements, experiences and lessons learned from 12 years of Swiss support for primary health care in Albania.
The new conference date will be announced as soon as conditions allow for the event to take place.
The HAP project team regrets any inconvenience caused by the postponement and thanks all invited guests, partners and collaborators for their understanding and continued support.
