Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Centre. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
HAP will support the enhancement of nurse-trainers’ confidence and competence in pedagogy, home care technical procedures, and facilitation techniques through a blended approach consisting of a series of pedagogical training sessions and individualised coaching.
For this purpose, the HAP project is seeking a local Consultant capable of training and coaching nurse-trainers. The Consultant can be an NGO, a company or an individual.

The interested applicants must submit the following documents:
- The profile of the applicant (organisation/company/individual) (CV), detailing the donors/funds and the respective activities and proving experience in Continuing Education, particularly within the healthcare sector;
- The CVs of the proposed experts (not less than 3 experts with at least one expert working or having previous working experience as a clinical Nurse), the Consultant will deploy, proving experience as described in the ToRs.
- The proposal of a plan for the implementation of the pedagogical training as described in the ToRs
- The fee for one training day with two experts present during the training day of Phase 1, in ALL, VAT included, including the preparatory work to master training materials provided by HAP and development of the respective PPT and any other eventual working materials/tools. As already mentioned, the number of experts present during one training day should be two.
- The fee for 1 (one) coaching day in ALL, VAT included. One coaching day should be provided by one expert.
- Transport cost for trainers/coach in ALL/km, VAT included.
- The registration documents of the applicant (NIPT, QKB, etc) and Certificate of Tax Liability, stating whether they are subject to VAT or not.
Please note that interested applicants can apply to offer the consultancy in all 4 regions (Vlora, Elbasan, Shkodra and Tirana) or in one individual region, specifying the region they are interested in applying for.
The proposals must be delivered within June 9th, 2025, 4 pm, in sealed envelopes (in hard copies and scanned on CD/USB), with clearly marked “Training and Coaching of Nurse-Trainers” to the address below:
