Health for All (HAP) is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
HAP is seeking a service provider (organization/company) able to provide accredited training-of -trainers on “Use of clinical guidelines, protocols and tools included inthe Manual of health care for elderly people” by family medicine teams (General Practitioners/Family Doctors and Family Nurses).

The interested providers in submitting offers must provide the following information:
1) The profile of the company/ organization (CV), proving previous training experiences with health care providers.
2) The CV of the trainers (1 (one) General Practitioner/ Family Doctor and 1 (one) Family Nurses) the provider will deploy, proving:
- previous provision of primary health care services
- experience in elaboration of training materials and
- experience in provision of training to PHC providers
3) The fee for training day with two trainers present during all the training days, in ALL, VAT included. The fee should include the preparatory work to master training materials provided by HAP and development of the respective PPT and any other eventual teaching materials/tools.
4) Transport cost for trainers in All/km, VAT included.
5) The registration documents (NIPT, QKB, etc.) and the Certificate of tax liability (Vërtetim për përgjegjësinë tatimore), stating whether your company/organization is subject to VAT or not.
The proposals must be delivered within 4th of November 2024, 4pm, in sealed envelopes (in hard copies and scanned in CD/USB), with clearly marked “ToT Health care for elderly people” to the address below:
