Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
HAP is seeking the services of a local consultant to conduct the evaluation of the Peer Group(s) as a Continuing Education approach for primary health care providers. Please note that the Consultant could be a company, an organization or a physical person (registered individual with tax ID or not).

The interested applicants are requested to submit the following documents:
1. The profile of the proposed applicant (CV), proving the academic degree they possess and scientific work/publications produced and/or engaged with during the last 5 years. Work experience with PHC personnel and continuing education activities with family physicians and nurses would be considered an asset.
2. The timeline of activities for performing the tasks foreseen in the ToR-s
3. The financial offer in lump sum, VAT (if applicable) and tax included
4. If applicable: The registration documents of the applicant (NIPT, QKB, Court Decision, etc) and Certificate of tax liability, stating whether they are subject to VAT or not.
The proposals must be delivered within 5th of March 2025, 4 pm, in sealed envelopes (in hard copies and scanned in CD/USB), clearly marked “Evaluation of PG-s” to the address below:
