As part of the mapping of socio-health services, HAP organised consultative roundtables in the municipalities of Durrës, Lezhë, and Fier to promote the coordination of service providers and the available information, ensuring a clearer and more comprehensive overview of the services accessible to vulnerable groups.
The roundtable brought together representatives from Local Health Care Units, Social Care Departments within municipalities, and Civil Society Organisations, whose contribution and coordination are essential to ensuring that vulnerable groups receive the necessary services.
The “Mapping of Social and Health Services” will soon be made available to psycho-social workers, family medicine teams in health centres, and other municipal partners, enabling them to serve individuals in need of care and support more efficiently.
This initiative concludes the mapping of services in six municipalities across the country, following the publication of findings for the municipalities of Shkodër, Elbasan, and Korçë in July 2024.
