Health for All (HAP) is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
HAP is seeking a local consultancy organization/company able to provide accredited training on “Use of clinical guidelines, protocols and tools included of the manual of health care for elderly people in PHC” by family medicine teams (General Practitioners/Family Doctors and Family Nurses).

The interested bidders in submitting offers must provide the following information:
1) The profile of the organization/company (CV), detailing the donors/funds and the respective activities and proving that: a) it is a PHC provider or other organization with experience in PHC in Albania; b) has an experience in provision of training activities to Primary Health Care (PHC) providers (physicians and nurses) in the last three years (2 to 3 pages);
2) The CVs of the trainers (at least 1 (one) General Practitioner/ Family Doctor and 1 (one) PHC/ Family Nurse) the provider will deploy, proving:
previous provision of primary health care services, minimum 5 years
experience in the elaboration of training materials, minimum 3 years, and
experience in the provision of training to PHC providers, minimum 3 years
3) The fee for the training day with two trainers present during the training day, in ALL, VAT included. The fee should include the preparatory work to master the training materials provided by HAP and the development of the respective PPT and any other eventual teaching materials/tools.
4) Transport cost for trainers in All/km, VAT included.
5) The registration documents (NIPT, QKB, etc.) and the Certificate of tax liability (Vërtetim për përgjegjësinë tatimore), stating whether your company/organisation is subject to VAT or not.
