Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
HAP is seeking the services of one consultancy organization/company to provide
1) training on the use of Clinical Guideline and Protocols (CGPs) for diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, asthma, and COPD;
2) training on monitoring the implementation of CGPs for 5NCDs by family medicine teams, and,
3) coaching of health authority teams during implementation of their monitoring activities related to the use of CGPs of 5 NCDs by family medicine teams.

The interested providers in submitting offers must address and provide the following:
The offer should include:
1. The profile of the organization/company (CV), proving that: 1) it is a PHC provider or other organization with experience in PHC in Albania ; 2) has an experience in provision of CME activities to Primary Health Care (PHC) providers (physicians and nurses) in the last three years (2 to 3 pages);
2. The CV of the trainers (at least 2 (two) Family Doctors and 2 (two) Family Nurses) the provider will deploy, proving a minimum of 5 years as PHC providers, and a minimum of 3 years of experiences in development of training materials for PHC providers and provision of accredited training.
3. The fee for training day with two trainers present during all the training day, in ALL, VAT included. This fee includes the preparatory work to master training materials provided by HAP and development of the respective PPT and any other eventual working materials/tools. The number of trainers present during one training day should be two.
4. The fee for 1 (one) coaching service in ALL, VAT included. This fee includes the support before, during and after the monitoring visit in one Health Center (HC) as ToRs describe. One coaching service must be provided by one Consultant.
5. Transport cost for trainers/coach in ALL/km, VAT included.
6. The registration documents of the organization/company (NIPT, QKB, etc) and Certificate of tax liability, stating whether they are subject to VAT or not.
