Call for offers: Local Consultancy on elaboration of a Practice Manual of Social Worker in Primary Health Care, in Albania

Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.

HAP is seeking the services of a local consultant to carry out the elaboration of Practice Manual of Social Worker in Primary Health Care. Please note that the Consultant could be a company, an organization or a physical person*.

The terms of reference (ToRs) can be found HERE.

The interested applicants are requested to submit the following documents:
• The profile of the proposed consultant (CV) demonstrating expertise as requested in the Terms of Reference
• The calendar of activities (timeline) for performing the tasks described in these terms of reference
• The financial offer in lump sum, tax included (in a separate closed envelope, marked “Financial Proposal”)
• If the applicant has a NUIS (NIPT), he/she should submit also the registration documents (NIPT, QKB, Court Decision, Statute, etc).In this case the applicant should issue an invoice VAT**=0
