Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved and inclusive Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
In this frame, HAP is seeking offers to purchase IT Equipment, according to technical specifications and respective warranties which can be found HERE.

The bidding Companies should include in their offers:
1. Technical proposal (in a separate envelope marked “Technical Proposal”), including:
– The summary sheet (signed and sealed) with technical specifications for each offered item
– The respective catalogue highlighting the offered item
– Distributor Authorization form
– Validity of the offer
– Delivery date or time in working days
– Warranty for each equipment
2. Signed and stamped Quotation in ALL, VAT*=0 (in a separate envelope, marked “Financial Proposal”)
3. Registration documents of the company (NIPT, QKB etc)
4. A Document certifying that (your subject):
– has met its fiscal obligations
– has paid all social insurance obligations, issued by the Tax Administration
– certification by the Tax Administration which indicates the annual turnover for the last 3 years
Offers should be signed and stamped and should have all the requested items. Partial offers should not be taken into consideration. Alternative options are not allowed.

(For the VAT purposes, any supply of goods and services intended for the implementation of projects financed with funds received under a donation/grant agreement signed between foreign donors and the Council of Ministers/Republic of Albania, is treated as a supply similar to exports.)
