HAP Opens Capitalisation Outputs and Technical Reports to the Public

The Health for All (HAP) Project has enhanced its knowledge-sharing infrastructure with two major updates on its website, further advancing transparency, institutional learning, and public access to evidence generated throughout the project lifecycle.

A dedicated page brings together capitalisation outputs

HAP’s official page now has a new dedicated section on capitalisation bringing together all key outputs, discussions, and learning materials generated through the project’s capitalisation process.

The page provides a structured overview of the work carried out under this strategic stage, including documentation and synthesis of the four capitalisation events implemented to date. These events have focused on consolidating lessons learned from HAP interventions in primary health care, fostering dialogue among institutional partners, and identifying scalable practices for system-wide application.

By centralising this content, the new platform sesrves stakeholders—from health professionals and policy-makers to academic partners—to easily access, review, and build upon the accumulated knowledge produced through the project.

Technical reports open to public

In parallel, HAP has upgraded its “Studies and Strategies” section, which now also includes technical reports drafted with the project’s support.

The updated section brings together a wide range of evidence-based materials covering key areas such as:

  • Primary health care system strengthening
  • Quality of care assessments
  • Integration of mental health into primary care
  • Assessment of home care needs
  • Access to health care

This enhancement reinforces HAP’s commitment to knowledge transparency and supports wider dissemination of technical evidence among national institutions, practitioners, researchers, and development partners.

The updated reports and studies page can be accessed here:

These two developments form part of HAP’s broader consolidation strategy, aimed at transforming accumulated implementation experience into structured knowledge assets that can inform policy, strengthen primary health care delivery, and support long-term system improvements in Albania.
