Call for: Consultancy for needs assessment and training on health facilities’ maintenance of Local Government Units
The Health for All Project (HAP) in Albania is funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and is being implemented by a consortium of three organizations: the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (SwissTPH), and the two NGOs: Terre des hommes (Tdh) and Save the Children (SC) through HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefit from better health due to improved Primary Health Care (PHC) services and health promotion activities.
As part of the strategy to improve the quality of Primary Health Care (PHC) services in the two Regions, HAP will contract an experienced NGO to provide assessment of training needs of Local Government Units staff in Diber and Fier Region with the purpose of building and strengthening capacities to exercise the responsibility of the maintenance of primary health care facilities, with a focus on the renovated infrastructures.

The bidders for this contract should submit to the HAP Centre the following documents
1. Evidence of experience proved through:
- Copy of the registration of the organization
- Professional CV of the organization
- CVs of experts that will be engaged in the implementation
2. Technical offer describing the approaches to be adopted for carrying out the activities
3. Financial offer (net working daily fee)
