Local Consultancy to evaluate the pilot interventions of Home Health Care (HHC) in Fier and Diber regions
Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
HAP supports among else the initiative of Ministry of Health and Social Protection (MoHSP) to implement and strengthening home health care services.
In this context, HAP is interested in contracting a local consultant to carry out an evaluation of the implementation process for HHC in two regions of Albania, Fier and Diber, as part of the HHC Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. The terms of reference can be found HERE.
The interested individuals shall submit, the following documentation:
- Proposed methodology and operational plan of consultancy (about 3 pages)
- Financial offer for the consultancy, in All, VAT (where applicable) /taxes included
- CV of the consultant/s, demonstrating expertise as per these TORs
The application should be sent within 4pm, on the 5th of October 2022, in sealed envelopes (in hard copies and scanned in USB/CD), with clearly marked “Evaluation of HHC intervention” to the address:
