Construction work experts for the evaluation of project proposals of the second phase of the implementation of the co-financing mechanism with municipalities for rehabilitation of PHC centers
Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
The Health for All Project (HAP), during its second phase (2019-2023), through a Grant Fund, shall support the establishment and implementation of a co-financing mechanism in cooperation with the Local Government Units (LGUs) in the regions of Dibra and Fier, aiming at the rehabilitation and maintenance of the infrastructure of Primary Health Care (PHC), health centers and health posts. The application for the HAP Grant Fund from LGUs in the Region of Dibra and Fier consists of two phases: Phase 1 will evaluate the proposals from the health and demographic perspective, while Phase 2 will evaluate the engineering and architectonic proposals.
In this context, HAP is interested in contracting 2 (two) external construction experts to evaluate the project proposals submitted by LGUs during the Phase 2. The terms of reference can be found HERE.
The application should be sent within 4pm, on the 22nd of September 2020, in closed envelopes and with clearly marked “Construction expert, civil engineer” or “Construction expert, electrical engineer” to the address:
