Among the key achievements of the first phase of the Project was the establishment of a new Master’s program in health management with the contributions of two faculties from two different universities, namely the Faculty of Medicine (University if Medicine) and Faculty of Economics (University of Tirana).
In phase 2, the Project will support the consolidation and sustainability to Master in Health Management by supporting the development of technical and pedagogical capacities of teachers, creating and facilitating conditions for internships of the master’s students and operational problem-oriented research in the frame of the Master thesis, supporting operational research activities of teachers and students, providing support for development of a series of specialized modules in hospital management with the purpose of developing an optional program. Additionally, HAP will support the two departments for development of capacities to increase the offer of continuing education targeting health managers
