The Health for All Project (HAP) in Albania is funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and is being implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (SwissTPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
In this frame, HAP is seeking quotations for a programmer (individual or company) to create the setup of a Moodle-based online platform (Learning Management System) according to the technical specifications found in the link: http://www.hap.org.al/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/ToRs_HMM-online-platform.pdf
Documents required for the tender
- One platform mock-up proposal for each interface
- The Plan of workflow as per the abovementioned Timing.
- Company/candidate Profile including list of references for similar works carried out by the company/candidate
- Financial offer in ALL, VAT included, for the subsequent development of the below items:
- Procurement of host service for Moodle server (if hosting cost apply, the cost should be clearly stated in the financial offer)
- Install of Moodle platform
- Create basic structure in Moodle for Master program and perform customization for each interface
- Tailored Training for the users: 20 lecturers and 25 students and 2
Moodle administrators
- 1-year technical maintenance, support and update of the platform
- Company’s/Candidate’s registration documents
- A Document certifying that (your subject):
- has met its fiscal obligations;
- has paid all social insurance obligations, issued by the Tax Administration;
- certification by the Tax Administration which indicates the annual turnover for the last 3 years
