Invitation to Tender: Purchase of equipment to facilitate the provision of services in patient’s home

Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved Primary Health Care (PHC) services.

HAP provided technical expertise for the creation of models of home care (HBC), adapted to the situation of rural and urban areas of Albania.  The project is supporting the PHCs staff of 8 health centers in the regions of Fier and Diber for implementation of home-care services in the areas covered by these facilities. In this frame, HAP will provide a set of necessary equipment to facilitate the provision of HBC services for the target population in these 8 (eight) HCs.

HAP Centre invites submission of bids for the purchase of equipment to be used by physicians and nurses working in the 8 selected Primary Health Care Centres of Fieri and Dibra Region, facilitating the provision of services in patients’ home.

The bidding Companies should include in their offers:

  • Quotation in All (price with VAT), in a separate envelope
  • Validity of the offer
  • Delivery date
  • Technical specifications for every equipment proposed and the respective catalogue, in a separate envelope
  • Guaranty for the duration of maintenance period of the equipment
  • Quality certification of the product, issued by the product manufacturer
  • Declaration of conformity
  • Registration of the company (NIPT, etc)
  • Offers should be signed and stamped

Transportation and installation of the equipment in 4 HC-s in Fier Region and 4 HC-s in Dibra region, will be covered by the supplier.

Deadline for application

The offers must be delivered by 4pm, of 25th January 2021, with clearly marked “Purchase of equipment for HBC” to the address below. The financial offer and technical offer (with technical specifications and catalogue) should be in separate envelopes, and both of them inside one sealed envelope. Partial offers will not be taken in consideration.
