Purchase of equipment of physical examination
Health for All is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH), through the HAP Center. Its overall goal is that the Albanian population benefits from better health due to improved Primary Health Care (PHC) services.
In this framework, HAP will contribute to improvement of capacities of selected PHC facilities in Tirana, by supplying them with equipment of physical examination and care. This support will contribute in these directions: 1) improving the quality of primary health care services in Tirana; 2) strengthening the material base of the selected health centers and enhance their role as centers of clinical practice for nursing students; 3) strengthening the response to the covid-19 epidemic.
HAP Centre invites submission of bids for a tender to purchase equipment of physical examination and care, to be used from Doctors and Nurses working in Primary Health Care Centres of Tirana.

The bidding Companies should include in their offers:
-Quotation in All (price with VAT)
-Validity of the offer
-Delivery date
-Technical specifications of the equipment
-Guaranty for the duration of maintenance period of the equipment
-Quality certification of the product, issued by the product manufacturer
-Declaration of conformity
-Registration of the company (NIPT, etc)
-Offers should be signed and stamped
The offers must be delivered by 4pm, of 3rd December 2020, with clearly marked “Purchase of equipment of physical examination” to the address below. The financial offer and technical offer should be in separate envelopes, and both of them inside one sealed envelope.
